New or Used parts 90 days warranty as per description, exchange if available as per request , exceptions to the 90 day warranty is physical damage which are not warranted on any product. The customer is responsible for matching our part's description, any part number or any other listed numbers associated with a particular part to determine if it is the correct part. If item is found defective within 90 days period we will not charge you restock fees, if you want a refund because you order the wrong part there will be a 14% restock fees within the first 5 days (after you received) after that all sales are final and refunds on wrong orders will be rejected. We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. Items are shipped same or next business day. Excluding weekends and holidays, signature required is included and we ship worldwide. We do ship to PO boxes. CloningPC does not offer cross ship service. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
Mail In Rebate Policy
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to us once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.
Software & Video Games Return Policy
Opened Retail or OEM software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged. Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within the warranty period days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after warranty days end. OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the applicable System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. We are not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.
CPU Return Policy
Physical damage to any item voids that product's return policy. Improper clocking or installation of CPU fans may cause CPUs to chip and/or burn. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and will not be replaced/refunded. This may include but is not limited to improper handling and/or any kind of physical damage not caused by normal usage. Bent pins are a common occurrence on physically damaged processors. Forcing the CPU into place will rarely solve the problem and may result in your return policy being voided. Because AMD and Intel do not accept physically damaged processors from US we will return any physically damaged CPU to the customer at the customer's expense.
Memory & USB Return Policy
This is our Detailed Memory (Modules, USB) Return Policy. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in your RMA being returned to you:
- Physically damaged Memory cannot be returned to us.
- Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number.
- Modules that are missing the manufacturer warranty label.
- Modules that include a manufacturer-applied heat spreader, but have had the heat spreader removed.
- "Kit" Modules (which contain 2 or more memory modules packaged together) that are not returned as complete set.
- USB Drives, Thumb Drives, Flash Memory, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
You may request a cancellation of your order, if your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email us quickly to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a check from us same week.
